Face the Enemy

Daily Life 6

The Enemy for a Supernatural Impact
2 Chronicles 20:1-24;

THE MIXED Sword of Impact
What Satan has unleashed to take you down is what God will use to take you up. You are being sized and monitored. As usual, the enemy will test to see what kind of person you are and what areas of weakness or vulnerability you exhibit to stage his attack this year, but it shall backfire. Three areas you should be expecting his attacks are:

  1. Your faith
  2. Your love
  3. Your obedience

“It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle.”  2 Chronicles 20:1 KJV.

RESPONSE to Trials That Guarantees God’s Impact
How you respond to the enemy’s trials and attacks will determine your victory, success, or impact. “And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. 2 Chronicles 20:3 KJV.

Jehoshaphat feared like all natural-human beings, but he was quick to tap into the supernatural realm. He declared a fast and called for prayers. He understood what 2 Cor.10:3-4 says;

What fasting and prayer will do for you:

  1. Grant you spiritual access; Matt 17:21;
  2. Position your spirit for spiritual withdrawal (cash your blessings); Acts 13:3;
  3. Tame and subdue the flesh; Matt.4:2;
  4. Place you in a heightened level of discernment and spiritual sensitivity; 1 Jn.4:1-2;
  5. Embolden your prayer life; Da.9:3;
  6. Create the atmosphere for great encounter and impact; 2 Chronicles 20:14-22;

  1. Father in the name of Jesus, help us to be sensitive in this hour of recovery and watch against all enemies’ harassment and intimidation;
  2. Father in the name of Jesus, help us to arm ourselves with the whole armor of God for a great supernatural encounter. Eph.6:10-18;
  3. Today we disarm all principalities and powers; we dethrone them in the mighty name of JESUS; Col.2:15;
  4. Father in the name of Jesus, let your Holy Spirit give us direction, and we release confusion into the enemies’ camp; 2 Chron.20:23;
