Daniel 6:1-28
DESTINED for a Life of Impact
It is not what will be. It is WHO you Are, in Christ Jesus. In this year, we need to flow in the Pauline Revelation: “hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world.” Eph.1:4; “predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ.” Eph.1:5; “made us accepted in the beloved.” Eph.1:6; “In whom we have redemption.” Eph.1:7; “gather together in one All things in Christ.” Eph.1:10; “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance.” Eph.1:11;
“in whom ye also trusted.” Eph.1.13; “In whom also after that ye believed.” Eph.1:13;
Daniel was elected to be the #1 because God is #1 in his life. Daniel 6:2-3.
If you seek to ask why was Daniel preferred? Don’t ask any further; look above, the “in whom” and “in Him.”
THE CONSPIRACY Was Strong
You will be the envy of your family, job, business, city, and Nation this year.
“Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom, but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.” Daniel 6:4 KJV
Three areas that Satan will attack us the most or seek an occasion to bring us down are Pride, Money, and Women or men. If he does not get you in any of these three areas, you shall succeed.
The Word of God says in Isaiah 54:15;
“Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me; whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.” Satan is called the accuser of the brethren. Rev.12:10;
LEAVE them Empty-Handed
“Then said these men, we shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.” Daniel 6:5 KJV. Read Daniel 6:4;
“Giving no offense in anything, that the ministry be not blamed: 2 Cor.6:3-10;

But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God,
(a) In much patience; (b) in afflictions; (c)in necessities; (d)in distresses; e)In stripes; f)in imprisonments; g)in tumults; h)in labors; (i)in watchings, (j) in fastings; (k) By pureness; (l)by knowledge; (m)by longsuffering; (n)by kindness; (o)by the Holy Ghost; (p)by love unfeigned; (q)By the word of truth (r)by the power of God (s)by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, t)By honor and dishonor (u)by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.”
FORTIFY YOUR AREA OF STRENGTH to impact your areas of Weaknesses. Daniel 6:6-9. Satan will launch his attacks in areas where you are weak or most vulnerable, which is the flesh. He will attack your health, finance, family, children, job, business, career, etc.; when he fails, he will attack you in your area of strength, which is your walk and relationship with God. Remember Job. Job.1:6-12;2:1-7; when Satan failed, what did the wife of Job say to him “curse God and die” Job.2:9-10;
They attacked Daniel’s Prayer life, the key to his source of power. But they underestimated Daniel. “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house, and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.” Daniel 6:10 KJV
God’s Word says, “And in nothing terrified by your adversaries; which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.” Philippians 1:28 KJV
GOD HAS ALREADY MOVED Ahead of you. Daniel 6:16-22;
As the enemy is planning your demise, or downfall this year, God has already gone ahead of you. He will stand against all the predators or adversaries and all those mobilized against your life and destiny.
PRAYER POINTS
- Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for the Spirit of Excellence, a Life of Impact that you have endowed us in Christ Jesus; today we receive the Secret, which is to make you the #1 in our lives;
- Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that you will expose all the conspirators of this year in our lives, business, ministry, and families, and cause all their schemes and plans to backfire; that the very pit that they have dug will be the one they will fall into; Ps.57:6;
- Father in the name of Jesus, help us to strengthen all areas of weaknesses in our lives and where Saran might strike, and we plead the blood of Jesus over our families, children, health, finance, etc., and release the protective gear of faith and righteousness; Ps.91:1;
- Father in the name of Jesus, strengthen our faith, prayer life, and our relationship, and walk with you this year; remove every falsehood, pretense and the spirit of laziness, and procrastination; teach us, Lord, not to take matters into our hands no matter what, but to learn to wait on you, and trust you to fight our battles and defend us against all the enemies of our lives;
